Airtable and Zapier Consultant

Job Summary

To support day-to-day operations, the part-time contract Airtable and Zapier Automation Consultant will design and maintain automated workflows, enabling educators to focus on delivering exceptional learning experiences in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Create streamlined automation solutions using Airtable and Zapier for core program management workflows
• Proactively audit and troubleshoot existing workflows to ensure zero operational downtime
• Collaborate across departments to identify manual bottlenecks and design scalable automation opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience designing and managing ecosystems built on Airtable and Zapier
• Deep structural understanding of relational databases and complex automation logic
• Strong technical problem-solving skills with a track record of resolving complex workflow errors independently
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to translate operational needs into technical workflows
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to self-manage projects effectively in a remote environment
