Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the centralized AirTable application, ensuring its health, maintenance, and adoption across teams
• Enforce data integrity within the operations ecosystem and manage project intake effectively
• Act as the Project Manager for smaller-scale assignments that do not have dedicated PMs

Required Qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency in Airtable, including database architecture and automations
• Strong experience in operations and project management
• Knowledge of data governance practices
• Familiarity with Google Workspace for planning and documentation
• Ability to design and maintain efficient workflows and interfaces
