Airtable Operations Manager

Job Summary

To enhance operational efficiency, the remote Airtable Operations Manager will develop and launch custom tools for internal teams and external partners, managing the full project lifecycle from conceptualization to deployment and performance reporting on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements for various tools
• Design and develop custom Airtable interfaces to meet specific needs
• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for tool development and deployment

Required Qualifications

• Deep mastery of Airtable features and constraints
• Strong data architecture and modeling instincts
• Proven ability in project management and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience in operations, technology, or consulting environments
• Exposure to sales pipelines, CRM, media operations, or vetting processes is preferred
