Airtable Operations Manager

Job Summary

To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time Airtable Operations Manager will partner with business stakeholders to design, build, and maintain Airtable bases, automations, and workflows while working onsite in San Francisco.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify operational challenges and tool requirements
• Design and implement reporting dashboards and operational tools to improve productivity
• Manage projects from requirements gathering through testing, deployment, and adoption

Required qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Airtable schema design, automations, and scripting
• Ability to build scalable Airtable solutions and understand data structure
• Experience in gathering requirements and managing cross-functional projects
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL for data validation and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with JavaScript or Node.js for workflow automation
