Job Summary

A company is looking for an Airtable Solutions Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable Airtable bases and workflows for cross-functional planning and tracking
• Conduct assessments of existing Airtable bases to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and standardize templates, dashboards, and reporting views to enhance scalable processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, systems design, or operations
• Deep hands-on experience with Airtable, including base design, automations, and advanced formulas
• Experience with tools such as Tableau, Keynote, and Google Suite
• Familiarity with cross-functional business environments
• Strong analytical mindset focused on data modeling and long-term scalability
