Akamai Bot Management Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time salaried capacity, the Akamai Bot Management Specialist will ensure traffic integrity across digital properties by analyzing traffic patterns, validating analytics implementations, and configuring Akamai Bot Management policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor traffic quality and analyze patterns to identify bots and invalid sessions
• Partner with the Analytics team to ensure accurate GA4 and server-side tagging implementations
• Develop dashboards to measure human versus automated traffic and investigate traffic anomalies

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
• Hands-on experience with Akamai Bot Management and CDN platforms
• Knowledge of HTTP, cookies, and browser behavior
• Experience with dashboard tools like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau
• Strong analytical skills for investigating analytics discrepancies
