Akamai Bot Management Specialist
Job Summary
Focused on maintaining trusted analytics, the full-time salaried Akamai Bot Management Specialist will ensure traffic quality across digital properties, collaborating with various teams to identify invalid traffic and validate analytics implementations in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor traffic quality across dealership websites and analyze patterns to identify bots and invalid sessions
- Partner with the Analytics team to ensure accurate analytics implementations and validate configurations before website launches
- Develop dashboards to measure human versus automated traffic and investigate anomalies in traffic and engagement
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Hands-on experience with Akamai Bot Management and CDN platforms
- Experience with dashboard tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau
- Strong understanding of HTTP, cookies, and browser behavior
- Experience investigating analytics discrepancies and attribution issues
