Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Engineer specializing in Akamai.

Key Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations of Akamai Edge Security services
• Configure, tune, and maintain Akamai WAF and manage Bot Manager policies
• Investigate and respond to live security incidents and partner with various teams

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Akamai security products in production
• Direct ownership of WAF policy configuration and tuning
• Experience mitigating bot traffic and application-layer DDoS attacks
• Comfort working in high-traffic, customer-facing environments
• Ability to operate as an embedded staff-augmentation resource
