Job Summary

Supporting instructional teams and school leaders, the part-time Alabama Certified School Improvement Partner will provide coaching, data analysis, and professional learning support to enhance teaching practices and student outcomes in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with teachers and principals to strengthen instructional practices aligned with core content standards
• Analyze student performance data to identify trends and support data-informed instructional planning
• Facilitate site-based professional learning aligned with school improvement priorities

Required qualifications

• Experience in K-12 instruction, instructional coaching, or school improvement
• Strong understanding of effective teaching and learning practices
• Experience analyzing and utilizing student data to inform instruction
• Ability to support adult learning through coaching and collaboration
• Alabama Certification required
