Job Summary

Supporting instructional teams and principals, the part-time Alabama Certified School Improvement Partner will enhance teaching practices and student learning outcomes through collaborative coaching and data analysis in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support teachers in strengthening instructional practices aligned with core content standards
• Analyze student performance and instructional data to inform decision-making and instructional planning
• Collaborate with school leaders to implement improvement strategies and professional learning initiatives

Required qualifications

• Experience in K-12 instruction, instructional coaching, or school improvement
• Strong understanding of effective teaching and learning practices
• Experience in analyzing and using student data to inform instruction
• Ability to support adult learning through coaching and collaboration
• Alabama Certification required
