Job Summary

To support a growing customer service team, the full-time Alabama Customer Service Representative will manage high-volume phone calls, respond to customer support tickets, and ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer support tickets and manage phone calls related to existing and new orders
  • Document issues in Confluence and visit court dockets for information on case filings
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all necessary tasks are completed on orders
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and phone systems
  • Document manipulation experience
  • Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
  • Ability to maintain a high level of work product in stressful situations
