Job Summary
To provide exceptional customer experiences, the remote Alabama Customer Support Specialist will address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage high-volume communications while ensuring timely order processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer support tickets and manage phone calls related to existing orders
- Document issues in Confluence and assist with inquiries from internal departments and process servers
- Visit court dockets for information on case filings and perform other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED with 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PDF editing software
- Experience with document manipulation and transcribing information
- Typing speed of at least 55 words per minute
- Ability to maintain high-quality work in stressful situations and anticipate potential issues
