Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Alabama Document Retrieval Specialist will review and file legal documents using internal systems, collaborate with the e-Fulfillment team, and participate in ongoing training to enhance industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
  • Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
  • Investigate discrepancies as they arise and complete additional projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • No experience necessary; data entry experience is a plus
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and typing speed of 50 to 60 wpm
