Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project-Based Customer Service - FEMA Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Entry-level position with 6 months to over a year of customer service experience required
  • Moderate computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
