Alabama Health Access Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Health Access and Quality to lead initiatives aimed at improving healthcare access and outcomes in Alabama.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with health systems, clinics, and community organizations
• Develop and implement community-level initiatives for diabetes prevention and chronic disease management
• Monitor program performance and support resource development for ADA-funded initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health, nursing, pharmacy, health administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare or community health settings
• Strong project management skills with experience in leading multi-stakeholder initiatives
• Established relationships with local clinical institutions and academic centers
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
