Job Summary
Collaborating with the Instructional Design team, the remote Alabama Licensed ABA Subject Matter Expert (SME) will develop an engaging online course over a three-month period, providing expert knowledge and refining course content to align with learning outcomes and accreditation standards.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Instructional Designer and Program Chair to finalize course objectives and roadmap
- Provide and refine course content, including assignments and assessments, ensuring alignment with learning outcomes
- Review and finalize course content iteratively, utilizing feedback and ensuring quality assurance standards are met
Required qualifications
- Doctoral degree (or ABD) in a relevant field
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience developing online courses at the college level
- Proficiency with web-based communication and project management tools
- Strong work ethic with the ability to meet deadlines in a collaborative, remote environment
