A company is looking for an Associate Staff Attorney to manage civil litigation and workers' compensation matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation including discovery, hearings, and trials while supporting senior counsel
• Provide legal opinions and strategic advice to clients and maintain strong client relationships
• Utilize e-discovery and case management technologies to enhance legal processes and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) or LLB degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the bar in Alabama and in good standing
• General knowledge of insurance law and workers' compensation law
• Proficiency in e-discovery and case management systems
• Demonstrated ability to manage cases from start to finish under supervision
