Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

Review title examinations and identify issues, providing recommendations for resolution
Review and evaluate legal documents related to non-judicial foreclosure processes
Maintain communication with insurers and manage an independent caseload effectively

Required Qualifications

Active Texas Law License and membership in good standing with the Texas State Bar
Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate law and title review/curative
Juris Doctor degree
Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local laws, with preference for Texas Title Standards
Licensure in Alabama, Georgia, or Mississippi is preferred
