Job Summary

A company is looking for a Counsel to advocate for clients' rights and deliver legal services in personal injury and litigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage discovery, including written discovery and depositions
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings and complex motions
• Participate in case strategy discussions and make court appearances as necessary

Qualifications and Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school
• Active license to practice law
• 10+ years of experience in litigation
• Experience in personal injury, product and premise liability, or medical malpractice preferred
• Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office applications
