Managing full-cycle bookkeeping functions for multiple entities, the full-time salaried Alabama Licensed Bookkeeper will handle accounts payable and receivable, process payroll, and prepare financial statements in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle bookkeeping functions for multiple entities
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Prepare and file sales tax reports and assist with month-end and year-end close processes
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of full-charge bookkeeping or general accounting experience
  • Experience managing accounting for multiple entities
  • Strong experience with QuickBooks Online
  • Experience with payroll tax and sales tax filings
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
