Managing full-cycle bookkeeping functions for multiple entities, the full-time salaried Alabama Licensed Bookkeeper will handle accounts payable and receivable, process payroll, and prepare financial statements in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping functions for multiple entities
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Prepare and file sales tax reports and assist with month-end and year-end close processes
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of full-charge bookkeeping or general accounting experience
- Experience managing accounting for multiple entities
- Strong experience with QuickBooks Online
- Experience with payroll tax and sales tax filings
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
