Job Summary

A company is looking for a Broker Assistant to provide operational support to the brokerage team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in executing and coordinating day-to-day brokerage operations and improve operational procedures
  • Prepare documents and provide administrative support for marketing renewal business
  • Maintain organized records of client accounts and ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
  • 0+ years of experience in the Insurance industry or Underwriting
  • Bachelor's degree required; Business Administration, Sales, or Risk Management preferred
  • Minimum requirements for state P&C and/or surplus line licenses preferred
  • Experience with client information systems is beneficial
  • Ability to work collaboratively with brokers and other departments
