Job Summary
A company is looking for a Broker Assistant to provide operational support to the brokerage team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in executing and coordinating day-to-day brokerage operations and improve operational procedures
- Prepare documents and provide administrative support for marketing renewal business
- Maintain organized records of client accounts and ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
- 0+ years of experience in the Insurance industry or Underwriting
- Bachelor's degree required; Business Administration, Sales, or Risk Management preferred
- Minimum requirements for state P&C and/or surplus line licenses preferred
- Experience with client information systems is beneficial
- Ability to work collaboratively with brokers and other departments
