Job Summary
Responsible for investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving personal lines property claims, the full-time Alabama Licensed Claims Examiner will manage major and complex losses, ensuring exceptional customer service while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Complete coverage investigations and develop detailed resolution plans
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle claims in accordance with best practices
- Conduct thorough investigations, including damage assessments and documentation of claims
Required qualifications
- Five years of related, applicable experience
- Associate's degree (A.A. or A.S.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
- Adjusters License for states in which the Company conducts business
