Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Remote RN Triage service line, ensuring quality patient care and operational efficiency
• Manage and lead a team of remote registered nurses, including training and performance evaluations
• Monitor quality of care and implement improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) Compact license
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience
• Previous leadership or management experience overseeing clinical staff
• Oncology experience required
