Job Summary

A company is looking for an AL Licensed Clinical Pharmacist for contract work in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage members telephonically and schedule pharmacist consultation appointments
• Utilize prescription claims data to generate clinical recommendations
• Assess medication regimen, provide patient education, and document patient care notes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
• Current and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of Alabama
• Strong knowledge of disease state management guidelines and MTM Services
• Experience working remotely/independently within a cross-functional team environment
• Ability to navigate MTM platforms and multi-task using multiple databases/applications
