A company is looking for a Crisis Counselor, fully remote in Alabama.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic, ethical, and professional telephonic support to individuals in distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns and provide appropriate resources and safety planning
• Maintain accurate documentation while effectively multitasking across multiple software systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Ability to ensure a secure, HIPAA-compliant home workspace
• Availability for regular weekend and holiday shifts post-training
• Successful completion of a six-week paid virtual training cohort
