Job Summary
Providing compassionate emotional support, the full-time Alabama Licensed Crisis Counselor will deliver telephonic crisis intervention and stabilization services while working remotely from home in Alabama.
Key responsibilities
- Provide empathetic telephonic support to individuals experiencing distress or seeking guidance
- Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including risk and safety issues
- Maintain accurate documentation and multitask effectively across multiple software systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
- Minimum of 1 year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
- Alabama residency required for remote work
- Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance in a distraction-free home office environment
- Availability for weekend and holiday shifts post-training
