Job Summary

As a full-time, fully remote Alabama Licensed Crisis Counselor, the successful candidate will provide telephonic emotional support, crisis intervention, and risk assessment services to individuals in distress while maintaining professionalism and clarity in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals experiencing distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including risk levels and safety issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and navigate multiple software systems effectively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
• Minimum of one year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Alabama residency required for remote work
• Ability to maintain a distraction-free, private office space for HIPAA compliance
• Availability for regular weekend and holiday shifts post-training
