Job Summary

Providing compassionate telephonic support, the full-time Alabama Licensed Crisis Counselor will assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, deliver crisis intervention, and maintain documentation while working remotely from Alabama.

Key responsibilities

• Provide empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals in distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including risk and safety issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and navigate multiple software systems effectively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Alabama residency required for remote work
