• Assist customers, groups, and providers through phone and written communication
• Manage and record claims, messages, and other documents accurately

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One or more years of customer service experience
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central time
• Must be an Alabama resident with a distraction-free work environment
