Job Summary

Managing an assigned market area of 10-14 storefront locations, the full-time Alabama Licensed District Sales Manager will provide hands-on leadership to enhance sales and profitability while ensuring effective marketing and operational standards across branches.

Key responsibilities

• Markets the company to new customers and ensures effective marketing strategies at each branch
• Travels to individual branches to set and meet operational expectations
• Hires, trains, coaches, and develops a high-performing sales team to achieve sales goals

Required qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
• 5 or more years of relevant experience (preferred)
• Experience in employee supervision and leadership
• Proven track record in managing sales teams
• Ability to monitor budgets and control expenses across multiple locations
