Job Summary

A company is looking for a Foreclosure Specialist III.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and oversee the foreclosure process, ensuring compliance with investor guidelines
• Serve as the primary escalation contact for team members and external parties
• Conduct regular reviews of assigned loans and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines

Required Qualifications:

• A combined 4 years of higher education and/or work experience, including 2 years in Default Servicing
• Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software
• Experience in Default Servicing related fields such as Collections or Loss Mitigation
• Proven ability to manage complex litigation and protect interests in mortgaged properties
• Experience in training new staff and implementing procedural changes
