Job Summary
To support customer healthcare needs, the full-time Alabama Licensed Health Insurance Agent will educate and assist clients in selecting appropriate insurance policies during open enrollment, working remotely throughout the year.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers in understanding and selecting healthcare insurance options
- Manage client inquiries and provide detailed information regarding insurance policies
- Support clients during the annual enrollment period to ensure proper coverage selection
Required qualifications
- License to sell healthcare insurance in Alabama
- High school diploma or GED
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Strong computer skills for navigating multiple applications
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer-facing role
