Job Summary

To support customer healthcare needs, the full-time Alabama Licensed Health Insurance Agent will educate and assist clients in selecting appropriate insurance policies during open enrollment, working remotely throughout the year.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in understanding and selecting healthcare insurance options
• Manage client inquiries and provide detailed information regarding insurance policies
• Support clients during the annual enrollment period to ensure proper coverage selection

Required qualifications

• License to sell healthcare insurance in Alabama
• High school diploma or GED
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Strong computer skills for navigating multiple applications
• Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer-facing role
