Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Alabama Licensed Health Insurance Agent will assist clients in understanding their coverage options, make outbound follow-up calls, and build customer relationships while providing compassionate support.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls to help individuals select appropriate health insurance products and services
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and assist with Medicare application workflows
- Demonstrate compassion and build trust with clients to foster loyalty and long-term relationships
Required qualifications
- Active Health or Health & Life Insurance License in Alabama
- At least one year of previous sales experience, preferably in insurance sales for individuals under 65
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to type at least 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy
- Comfortable using a desktop computer system
