Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loss Mitigation Liaison I.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for mortgage loan borrowers exploring loss mitigation options or facing foreclosure
• Collect consumer financial information, answer inquiries, and document interactions in the mortgage servicing system
• Communicate terms of loss mitigation decisions, explain foreclosure processes, and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• A combined 4 years of higher education and/or work experience, including at least 1 year in collections or customer service
• Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone
• Excellent customer service skills
• Mortgage collections experience preferred
