Alabama Licensed Loss Mitigation Liaison

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loss Mitigation Liaison I responsible for managing the loss mitigation process for mortgage loan borrowers.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Single Point of Contact for delinquent mortgage loan borrowers during the loss mitigation process
• Collect consumer financial information and assist borrowers with loss mitigation documents while ensuring compliance with regulations
• Communicate loss mitigation decisions and foreclosure options to borrowers, promoting an environment of support and belonging

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• A combined 4 years of higher education and/or work experience, including at least 1 year in collections or customer service
• Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone
• Excellent customer service skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred
