Alabama Licensed Loss Mitigation Liaison

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loss Mitigation Liaison I.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for borrowers during the loss mitigation process, including package collection and foreclosure
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist delinquent mortgage loan borrowers with loss mitigation options
• Communicate terms of loss mitigation decisions and explain the foreclosure process as necessary

Required Qualifications

• A combined 4 years of higher education and/or work experience, including at least 1 year in collections or customer service
• Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of mortgage collections preferred
