Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loss Mitigation Liaison I-3.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Single Point of Contact for mortgage loan borrowers during the loss mitigation process
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist borrowers with loss mitigation options and foreclosure inquiries
• Document consumer interactions and maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

• A combined 4 years of higher education and/or work experience, including at least 1 year in collections or customer service
• Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone
• Excellent customer service skills
• Mortgage collections experience is preferred
