Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loss Mitigation Liaison 1, responsible for managing the loss mitigation process for mortgage loan borrowers.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Single Point of Contact for borrowers in loss mitigation and foreclosure processes
• Answer borrower inquiries and document interactions in the mortgage servicing system
• Communicate loss mitigation options and foreclosure processes, ensuring compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• A combined 4 years of higher education and/or work experience, including 1 year in collections or customer service
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone
• Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software
• Excellent customer service skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred
