Alabama Licensed Loss Mitigation Liaison

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loss Mitigation Liaison I.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for mortgage loan borrowers throughout the loss mitigation process
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist borrowers with loss mitigation options and document interactions
• Communicate loss mitigation decisions and foreclosure processes while adhering to compliance standards

Required Qualifications

• A combined 4 years of higher education and/or work experience, including at least 1 year in collections or customer service
• Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of loss mitigation processes and required documentation
