Alabama Licensed Loss Mitigation Liaison

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loss Mitigation Liaison I.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls with delinquent mortgage loan borrowers regarding loss mitigation options and foreclosure processes
• Document consumer interactions and assist borrowers in reviewing loss mitigation documents
• Communicate the terms of loss mitigation decisions and adhere to compliance and operational risk controls

Required Qualifications

• A combined 4 years of higher education and/or work experience, including at least 1 year in collections or customer service
• Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone
• Excellent customer service skills
• Mortgage collections experience is preferred
