Alabama Licensed Loss Mitigation Liaison

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loss Mitigation Liaison I.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Single Point of Contact throughout the loss mitigation process for delinquent mortgage loan borrowers
• Answer consumer inquiries, document interactions, and assist in reviewing loss mitigation documents
• Communicate terms of loss mitigation decisions and explain the foreclosure process as necessary

Required Qualifications

• A combined 4 years of higher education and/or work experience, including at least 1 year in collections or customer service
• Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone
• Excellent customer service skills
• Mortgage collections experience is preferred
