Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative Associate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a large volume of inbound calls and LIVE chats from sales agents regarding Cigna Medicare products
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of eligibility requirements and verify Medicare information for potential members
  • Participate in meetings and manage work balance between calls and live chats while exercising confidentiality
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center environment (preferred)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Accurate data entry skills
