Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a large volume of inbound calls and LIVE chats from sales agents regarding Cigna Medicare products
- Maintain detailed knowledge of eligibility requirements and verify Medicare information for potential members
- Participate in meetings and manage work balance between calls and live chats while exercising confidentiality
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center environment (preferred)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Accurate data entry skills
