Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Therapist - Telehealth (Unrestricted License LICSW, LMFT, LPC - Alabama).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via live video sessions
• Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to clients to enhance learning and monitor outcomes
• Participate in peer group clinical consultations and quality assurance reviews

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC)
• Unrestricted LICSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license
• Experience with evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT)
• Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises
• Experience providing telehealth therapy services preferred
