Job Summary

To support senior mental health care, the part-time Alabama Licensed Mental Health Therapist will deliver evidence-based psychotherapy, design personalized treatment plans, and manage electronic documentation in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual environment
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
• Participate in regular team meetings and ongoing training to ensure adherence to best practices

Required qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or marriage and family therapy
• Active clinical license (LCSW, LCSW-C, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, CP) in Alabama
• Experience working with the geriatric population
• Comfort with technology and experience providing teletherapy is preferred
