Job Summary

Managing complex mortgage files, the full-time Alabama Licensed Mortgage Closer will issue closing documents, fund loans, and train new employees while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Train new team members and ensure accurate preparation and delivery of closing packages
• Handle multiple complex files, identifying and resolving issues promptly
• Review and respond to audit inquiries and maintain effective communication with all parties involved in the closing process

Required qualifications:

• Associate's degree and a minimum of 3 years of mortgage experience, including CD Issuance
• Strong PC skills with knowledge of spreadsheet, word processing, and email software
• Notary Public certification
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
• High levels of initiative and reliability
