Job Summary
Managing complex mortgage files, the full-time Alabama Licensed Mortgage Closer will issue closing documents, fund loans, and train new employees while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Train new team members and ensure accurate preparation and delivery of closing packages
- Handle multiple complex files, identifying and resolving issues promptly
- Review and respond to audit inquiries and maintain effective communication with all parties involved in the closing process
Required qualifications:
- Associate's degree and a minimum of 3 years of mortgage experience, including CD Issuance
- Strong PC skills with knowledge of spreadsheet, word processing, and email software
- Notary Public certification
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- High levels of initiative and reliability
