Alabama Licensed Paralegal Specialist

Job Summary

Joining the Litigation Services team, the fully remote Alabama Licensed Paralegal Specialist will manage litigation files from inception to resolution, draft legal documents, and collaborate with attorneys on high-impact insurance defense cases involving bodily injury claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage litigation files from inception through resolution, including trial preparation
• Draft and file pleadings, respond to discovery, and support motion practice
• Order and track medical records; coordinate expert review and disclosures

Required Qualifications

• Must meet the minimum qualifications for paralegals as defined by applicable state law
• 5+ years of experience as a Paralegal with a focus on insurance defense or civil litigation preferred
• Experience managing high-volume caseloads in a fast-paced legal environment
• Familiarity with legal procedures, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and court filings
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence
