Job Summary

To support a growing virtual branch, the full-time salaried Alabama Licensed Personal Banker will manage member inquiries, resolve issues, and promote financial products and services while working remotely from Alabama.

Key responsibilities
  • Recommend financial products and services to meet individual member needs
  • Process and manage member accounts, including opening new accounts and handling consumer loan applications
  • Troubleshoot and provide training on member services technology and related issues
Required qualifications
  • Experience in technical support, sales, customer service, and banking at a Credit Union or banking institution
  • Experience with consumer loan application processing and account opening
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • All candidates must be bondable and maintain bondable status throughout employment
