Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or PharmD
• Active pharmacist license in the state of position
• 3+ years of experience practicing as a pharmacist, preferably in managed care or clinical settings
• PGY1 residency in ambulatory care or related clinical field is preferred
• Board certification in pharmacotherapy or related clinical field is desired
