Alabama Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a remote full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Electronic Health Records (EHR) and respond to patient inquiries following established protocols
• Facilitate prescription refills and coordinate follow-up care post-discharge or post-operative
• Provide education on managing chronic diseases and track Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) results

Required Qualifications and Education

• Licensed Practical Nurse with an active unencumbered e-NCL or Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact license
• 5+ years of full-time clinical experience as an LPN, preferably in primary care
• Experience with at least two electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses if required
• Experience in OB/GYN, Orthopedic, Ambulatory Care, or Home Health is a plus
