Job Summary

Supporting instructional teams and principals, the part-time Alabama Licensed School Improvement Partner will enhance teaching practices and student outcomes through collaborative coaching and data analysis in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Provide instructional support and coaching to teachers, focusing on effective teaching strategies and research-based practices
• Analyze student performance data to inform instructional planning and guide school leaders in decision-making
• Collaborate with principals to implement school improvement strategies and support professional learning initiatives

Required qualifications

• Experience in K-12 instruction, instructional coaching, or school improvement
• Strong understanding of effective teaching and learning practices
• Experience in analyzing and utilizing student data for instructional improvement
• Ability to support adult learning through coaching and collaboration
• Strong organizational and communication skills
